We offer a 100% refund at any time before you pass the final exam. You can review the course materials and decide whether the course is right for you before completing it.

Once you pass a course's final exam, that completed course is no longer eligible for a refund.

Package Purchases

Packages are eligible for a full refund before you pass any course's final exam in that package. Once you pass the first course's final exam, the package is no longer eligible for a refund. We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining courses.

How to Request a Refund

Use our Contact Us page. Include the email address on your account and the course or package you purchased. If you have your order number, include that too.

Please do not send credit card numbers or security codes.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
